Zhang Yihe built an open source blog publishing system in Go on top of IPFS. Articles become content-addressed blocks, so publishing and reading no longer depend on a central server, which makes a serverless, decentralised publishing and management setup possible.
For the team the value went beyond a blog engine. Making “no central server” actually work forced them to rethink how data is located, how nodes synchronise and how to recover after a node disappears. Those ideas about light dependencies and self-contained deployments stayed in the team’s architectural preferences.
